FAQ's - prints:

How do I buy a canvas?

Simply choose your design from the gallery, make a note of the design name and colour and after you've worked out what size you require, email or call us with these details.

Do you print on paper?

We have a selection of fine qualtiy papers which our designs can be printed on for framing.

Why can you not print larger than 94cm?

94cm is the maximum print width of our printer. We can print longer than 94cm and if you want something really big why not consider multiple panels?

Do you accept credit cards?

You can pay by cheque, by BACS online or we can send you an invoice to pay via pay pal.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your print please contact us within seven days to arrange a replacement or a refund. We regret that we can not offer a replacement or a refund for prints damaged while in your care, for bespoke canvases or any canvas other than our standard range. Delivery costs are non refundable.

What are your delivery times and terms?

Delivery is usually between 7 - 10 working days.
Delivery is £10 throughout the UK. We can deliver outside the UK - contact us for prices.

Tell me about the quality of materials you use

We use Epson Ultrachrome inks that offer a good level of UV protection which means your print will stay crisp and bright for years.
The canvas is an artist grade canvas, 100% cotton based and acid free with a luxurious matte finish, which allows us to achieve beautiful rich colours.
We stretch the canvas prints onto fine quality hand-made redwood stretcher-frames. These are made to our own specific design, which is deeper (5cm or 6cm) than most canvas frames, which we feel gives an extra chunkiness and presence on the wall.

Can you change the colours?

In most cases we can print the designs in any colour (providing the colours lend themselves to the design).

How do I look after my canvas?

The prints can be dusted with a soft dry cloth, but as with any artwork they should be handled with care.
